The bowl's sound is rich and lasts a long time after I strike it, which really helps me settle into my meditation. I just wish the included mallet was a bit more comfortable to hold for longer sessions.
The bowl produces a decent tone when I run the striker around the rim, but it doesn't sustain as long as I hoped during my morning meditation. The cushion it sits on is a nice touch, though the striker feels a bit light and thin in my hand.
