黑曜石正念石

Fidgeting with it during meetings has become my little grounding ritual—the smooth, cool surface is oddly calming. I’m still carrying some stress, but it’s way easier to feel steady when I’ve got this in hand.

I’ve been keeping it in my pocket during meetings and just rubbing it when my pulse starts racing—it genuinely helps me recenter. The weight is nice and solid, and the black obsidian feels grounding in a way I wasn’t expecting.

The polished surface is so smooth it’s almost warm to the touch, and I’ve found myself gripping it during tense phone calls. It’s a simple little thing, but having it nearby really does help me slow my breathing and get my head back on straight.
